Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days, so why not use it as another way to communicate with your clients, staff and suppliers?

Solutios can give you a mobile or land line number or a short code e.g. 12345 which you can advertise. When people send an SMS to it, this can be converted to an email and sent to whoever you want. Maybe you could use it for advertising a new product and ask people to send in their name, postcode and house number so they can receive a free sample? You could run a competition and ask people to SMS the answer to you?

Perhaps you would like to be able to send messages out individually or in bulk to certain lists? For this you can use the Solutios SMS Desktop Client, which will allow you to do just this from your Windows PC. You might want to send a message to all of your customers in a certain town telling them about new opening hours? Perhaps you want to inform a client that their order has been shipped? You can do all of this and more.

If you have a website, we can also work with you to integrate our SMS platform in to it so that the sending and receiving of SMS is completely automatic. Perhaps you have a team of engineers and you want to know if one of them can go to a client’s office an hour early? The system could automatically SMS the client and ask them to reply with “YES” if this is okay. If they do, then your systems could reroute the engineer to save time.
